The other day, I might have left out an important tip in Travel tips for your next cruise. Get your lounge chair early and remember, if you move your feet you can lose your seat!
Deck chairs, on beautiful days like these, come at a premium. I will tell you that Carnival (and I am sure the other cruise lines) have an adult only deck section, where the weary traveler can relax in the sun, away from the hustle and bustle of the pool deck. Small may it be, but still a nice refuge!
Okay, let’s set the stage… your out to sea for a day of adventure. What do you do? Well, gather on deck for a little “girls” vs “boys” fun, by means of a synchronized swim, of course!
The “boys” brought their “A” game, as can see from these photos, and they won! I know, I couldn’t believe it either! (This was down right hilarious! And, the crowd went wild for their performance!) I have a video somewhere… as soon as I find it, I will be able to share it!
Here is a short video of the one rough day we experienced at sea. It was just a little too rough to open the pool/hot tub that day, as you can see!
The crew was awesome though and quick to advert your attention to other activities! Hey, this is real life and it’s not always sunshine and roses! It is, what you make of what you have that makes the difference!
Let me share with you the most important thing I have discovered. Where ever you go, whatever you see, share it with others! Don’t be afraid to stop and smell the roses, to share a smile with a stranger, a meal with friends and build memories together that will last a lifetime!
