Half Moon Cay is Carnival’s, private 2,400-acre island, that serves as a private retreat for passengers on the line’s Caribbean and Panama Canal sailings.
Pack the essentials in your carry on. Your luggage may not be delivered to your room for a while. A swimsuit, sunscreen, and a change of clothes are good examples, not to mention any medications you may need. Denise has a travel checklist that comes in handy. You don’t want to be buying items on board that you could have brought from home!
Cozumel is the only city in the world where the first thing I did when exiting the cab was to kiss the ground and thank the good Lord for a safe arrival, despite the best intention of the cab driver! To be “fare” though, pun intended, they get paid by how many trips they make from the port to Puerta Maya. Which translates, to passing on the left, passing on the right, running red lights, and almost running over the poor tourist who thought it wise to walk!

With the 2017 Bay Area Renaissance Festival at MOSI fast approaching, I thought it would be apropos to share a few photos from festivals gone by! These festivals are held all across our great nation and offer a day of food, fun, and frivolity!
I have read, that posting too many photos in a post, bores the readers. Well, I most certainly do not want to bore my readers with my photos, that what my “dialog” is for!
Every time I come across these photos I chuckle. Who are they, I don’t know, I will never know. What I do know is that I was in the right place at the right time, to capture these moments. That is, after all, my superpower, I can freeze time!
The moral of the story, from now on I will include information on the hotels, restaurants, parks or where ever else we go, to let you know how handicap friendly they are and what you will need to know before you go, to make your trip a little more pleasant! Let’s learn together and have fun along the way!
Wild Florida receives a 5-star rating for handicap accessibility! All of the walkways are paved, and I could access every activity without a problem! Wild Florida, is well done, clean, beautiful and highly recommended by this traveler.
